Our mind is our computer. It guides everything in our life – from our profession, to creating a family to becoming the person that we are. Yes those are our choices, not things that we were lead to. Sometimes these unconscious choices can influence the life of other people, other times they influence the life of thousands of other people. But most importantly they influence the way we live our lives. Everything comes to the power of our mind and how we develop and guide it. The good news is that this can be learned, you teach your mind what to think, rather the other way around. When we fix our mind- computer, then all programs start working flawlessly. If we want a program for love, we can have it, if we want program for a successful career, we can have it, if we want to make a difference in the world, we can achieve it. You know the question – Can you not think of a white bear? Pause. You are actually thinking of a white bear, isn’t that right? There are numerous facts discovered about our patterns of thinking. We can use the things that we know so far about the way our brain works so as to have better results for shorter time.

22. Ceiling watching –give yourself 30 minutes every day for no concrete activity, just listening to yourself, at best in the evening to let your brain process what has happened during the day. We learn not by mistakes but by the processing the mistakes. If you don’t process them, for example if you are too busy and don’t have time to think, you will not derive any conclusions – and for every person they are different – one cannot read them somewhere. Emotion +information equals long term memory -
So how do we fix the mind? First of all we start with problem-solving, because it is on our everyday basic needs in order to be able to function – at what time to get up so as to be in time, but to have got enough sleep, what to wear at that meeting, to how to deal with a million dollar offer when I don’t like my coworker.
There is one simple fact about problems – until we accept them as a normal part of our life we will be either in great amount of stress or we won’t be able to solve them and will procrastinate their solutions.
